1. Ticket Issuance Time:
Tickets are typically issued promptly during business hours. For orders placed far in advance (e.g., one month ahead), issuance may be delayed. Latest issuance time is approximately 2 hours before the event. For last-minute purchases, tickets may be issued within 15 minutes.
2. Accessing Your E-Ticket:
Your ticket will be provided as one or more hyperlinks. Open the link in a browser to display the QR code.
3. SMS Delivery:
Check the mobile number used during purchase for an SMS containing the e-ticket hyperlink. Note: Some countries/regions may not support SMS with hyperlinks. Confirm with your mobile carrier if needed.
4. Email Delivery:
If an email was provided during purchase, check your inbox. Some emails may fail to send or be filtered to spam/junk folders.
5. Account Login:
If SMS/email fails, log in to the ticketing website’s account portal using the same account via a mobile browser, WeChat, or Alipay mini-programs. Navigate to "Order Details" to view the QR code directly. Note: Orders on Chinese and English websites are separate—switch languages accordingly.
